Adriana is our Client Operations Administrator at GRIT. Her responsibilities include client communication and assisting clients with the selections and ordering for their projects.
Adriana graduated with her associates degree in Communications from Northampton Community College, which is where her drive for engaging with clients stems from. Her extensive background in customer service is a huge part of her desire to provide seamless and consistent communication to clients in order to ensure the process of selections moves along smoothly.
