Andre is a Construction Manager for GRIT. His responsibilities include subcontractor supervision, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, construction cost oversight, and managing new development opportunities. 

Andre has over 20 years of experience in construction, working in various aspects of the industry from single family rehabs to 300+ multi-family apartment buildings. Previously, he worked at Mega Contractors as a project supervisor on multi-family developments by Gary Gardner in New Jersey. Prior to that, Andre owned a general contracting company working on projects for private clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
