Damian is a Construction Manager for GRIT. His responsibilities include subcontractor supervision, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, construction cost oversight, and managing new development opportunities.

Damian attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University and graduated with a B.B.A in Real Estate. Since then, he has been in the construction industry for 4 years. Damian previously worked at Prime Custom Builders in Bucks County as an assistant construction manager and later transitioned to the role of construction manager.

Damian’s experience there eventually landed him a construction manager position at Atlantic Developers in Philadelphia. During his time there, he handled all operational activities and successfully developed single family and multi-family projects in a fast-paced, competitive market.
