JAMES LERICHE

James is a Construction Manager for GRIT. His responsibilities include subcontractor supervision and direction, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, and construction cost oversight.

James is a Temple University graduate, with a B.S. Degree in Architecture and an associate degree in Auto CAD. James comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  Experiences that span across multiple sectors and disciplines, starting from interiors to architectural design, from civil engineering to construction management, and from marketing / logistics to construction project management.

James also specializes in historical restoration and conversion.  Having successfully completed multiple projects that involved federal and state historical tax credit compliance, in coordination with historical consultants.

At his last employment, James completed a series of projects that included: a three-story historical renovation project and conversion into an office space, a six-story new construction apartment complex with two elevators, PECO vault room, a 20-car parking garage with ev-chargers, and a CVS commercial space at the ground level.  He also completed a three-story penthouse with residential elevator and private roof deck, a five-story apartment complex with underground stormwater basin, twenty town houses, and a total of 85 apartment units.

In his spare time, James enjoys overnight hiking trips to U.S. National Parks, likes to golf occasionally, and enjoys family vacations with his wife and three children.
