Joe is a Construction Manager for GRIT. His responsibilities include subcontractor supervision, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, construction cost oversight, and managing new development opportunities.

Joe first started in Construction at 14 years old where he completed small multi-family home remodels with his family friend’s construction company. With over 25 years of building experience, he has a broad range of knowledge with completing and managing all aspects of construction projects from site work and flatwork to building completion. Over the course of 25 years, he has had experience with renovating single family homes to managing large retail commercial projects completing upwards of 20 projects and 200 units in the Philadelphia area. His wide network of subcontractors and contacts is attributed to his likeable personality and love for helping his colleagues work through any obstacles.

In his free time Joe loves throttle therapy on his Jet Ski and grabbing margaritas with his friends and family! Joe is someone you want in your corner.
