Kareem is a Construction Manager for GRIT. Her responsibilities include subcontractor supervision, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, construction cost oversight, and managing new development opportunities.

Kareem previously worked at SAB Construction, where she was directly responsible for managing all residential & commercial renovation projects in Philadelphia. She has significant experience working with project stakeholders, including L&I Inspectors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
