We are excited to announce our upcoming project with our long-time partner, KCA Design Associates. This 12-unit mixed-use building at 6211 Woodbine Avenue will be coming to the Overbrook neighborhood in West Philadelphia. The five-story building will feature a commercial space on the ground floor. It will also include a roof deck exclusive for its residents to enjoy the Philadelphia skyline.

 

Architecture & Design Team

KCA Design Associates, a full-service, Philadelphia-based Architecture and Design firm, was selected as the team of architects on this new construction for their vast experience in creating high-quality, contemporary projects.

The building’s design will possess a modern exterior. Brick will be predominantly used on the façade with dark gray cladding detail on the third and fourth floors. The large window jut-outs from the second to the fourth floors will add depth and design versatility to the building. Large windows will be placed throughout the exterior giving it more natural light for its residents.
