Nikki is the Executive Assistant at GRIT. She oversees the implementation of all daily business operations, serves as the human resource liaison, manages the accounting and billing / costing for the entire company, and creates the social media and marketing content.

She graduated with a Marketing degree from Delaware Valley University and has been working in the real estate industry since. Formerly, Nikki worked with TCS Management where she gained extensive knowledge in the property management aspect of the industry. Before moving to the city of Philadelphia, she worked as a Marketing Executive Assistant for a privately-owned real estate company in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
