Pat is a Construction Manager for GRIT. His responsibilities include subcontractor supervision, material procurement/purchasing and execution, risk and safety management, construction cost oversight, and managing new development opportunities.

Pat has been in the construction field for 5 years. He previously worked at E-built LLC, starting as an assistant superintendent and later promoted to lead superintendent. Pat also spent 3 years in the Roofing Union working for Crest Roofing.

Before stepping into the construction industry, Pat worked at his father’s contracting business for more than 10 years. With an unyielding desire to learn and problem solve, he dedicated weekends and hours after school working to fully immerse himself in the construction world.

Pat’s deep passion for the construction industry is reflected in the quality of the work he puts into all of his projects. His ability to be both a team player and leader will continue to help him accomplish every goal he sets forward here at GRIT.
